Page updated June 2018 Version 1.0

1. Ticket ballots and exclusive BBC Alumni events (“the offer”) published in the BBC Alumni monthly e-newsletter and at BBCAlumni.co.uk are open to all registered BBC Alumni members, aged 18 or over, except anyone directly connected with these offers and their close relatives. The BBC Alumni member should be present at the event and proof of age, identity and eligibility will be requested.

2. Entrants should apply via email within the specified deadline. Only one entry is permitted per person each month.

3. For ticket ballots, an entrant or a number of entrants will be selected randomly from all eligible entries and awarded a pair of tickets for the offer, unless otherwise stated.  Those selected will be notified by email.

4. For exclusive BBC Alumni events, an entrant or a number of entrants will be allocated places on a first-come first-served basis, unless otherwise stated. Those selected will be notified by email.

5. The offer is as described in the BBC Alumni monthly bulletin or at BBCAlumni.co.uk. There is no cash alternative and the tickets cannot be sold, exchanged or transferred in any circumstances.

6. Travel to a show or event, accommodation and any other cost will be solely at the entrant’s expense and the BBC will not reimburse those selected for any such costs.

7. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that ticket holders are the minimum age required to attend the show.

8. The BBC’s decision is final. No correspondence relating to the offer will be entered into.

9. The BBC reserves the right to: (i) disqualify any entries that breach these rules or (ii) cancel the offer at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside its control.

10. The BBC, its sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem which may result in an entry being lost or not received.

11. The BBC and the BBC Alumni will only ever use personal details for the purposes of administering the giveaway, and will not publish them or provide them to any third parties without permission. You can read the BBC Alumni Privacy Policy here.

12. The promoter of the offer is the British Broadcasting Corporation.
